Our products are formulated to support the appearance and health of skin affected by concerns such as acne, oiliness, dryness, melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots.

• Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin before first use
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor or dermatologist if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs
• Individual results vary depending on skin type, consistency of use, and other factors
• Keep all products out of reach of children

Our products and the information on this site are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a persistent or severe skin condition, please consult a licensed dermatologist before use.

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or phone call. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. Payment must be completed through the methods listed at checkout before an order is dispatched.

All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. We try our best to ensure pricing and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur — if a listed price or description is incorrect, we’ll contact you before processing the order. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or via order confirmation. While we work with trusted courier partners, delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility — though we’ll always help track and follow up on your behalf.

Because our products are medicated skincare items applied directly to the skin, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards:

• Opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund
• Sealed, unopened products may be eligible for exchange within a reasonable period — reach out to us and we’ll guide you through it
• Refunds, where approved, are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation

All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, packaging design, and written content — belongs to Aesthetic Heaven and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Provide false information when placing an order
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or normal operation
• Copy, resell, or misuse our content or product images without permission

We take care in formulating and describing our products, but we are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or results that vary from person to person. Your use of our products is at your own discretion, and following the usage guidance and precautions listed on packaging and our site is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law and, where relevant, through good-faith resolution between you and Aesthetic Heaven before any formal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
